Ansay & Associates, celebrating its 75th anniversary as a family-owned independent insurance agency, continues to expand its reach within Wisconsin. Ansay & Associates will merge with another well-known family-owned agency, the Buxton O’Neill Insurance Agency.
“Our businesses share the same family values of trust, integrity, respect, and hard work,” said Ansay & Associates Chairman & CEO Mike Ansay. “That made welcoming the family of Buxton O’Neill into our family a natural fit. We’re eager to continue to provide the exceptional customer service that clients and carriers have come to expect over many decades.”
Buxton O’Neill Insurance is highly regarded in the Fox Valley, having served customers since its inception in 1943. The agency boasts a perfect 5-star Google rating and offers personal auto, home, business, health insurance and group benefits. Known for its professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent insurance carriers, the agency has always provided exceptional customer service.
Clients of Buxton O’Neill Insurance will not experience any disruptions or changes in services. Rather, Ansay & Associates’ will help add more robust offerings and technologies, including its always-online Internet of Insurance technology, to existing and prospective clients.
Both Buxton O’Neill owners, Bret Buxton and Tom Sinclair, will remain on staff.
“We’re known for building long-lasting relationships with our customers,” said Buxton. “This move won’t change that. Rather, we’re thrilled about joining the Ansay & Associates family because we share the same values and we love how they treat customer relationships. It’s about growing together.”
As part of the deal, Buxton O’Neill Insurance will now be known as “Buxton O’Neill Insurance, a division of Ansay & Associates.” This change is effective immediately.
