Key benefits role to assist the Ansay Employee Benefits (EB) Team and customers with the Ansay EnrollPro benefit administration system, including group set-up and ongoing administration, education and training on usage and enrollment, verification of employee benefit elections, and client troubleshooting when needed.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Become an expert user of the Benefit Administration tool, Ansay EnrollPro
Key individual and “first line of defense” for the Ansay EB Team and clients, working to timely resolve questions and issues
Coordinate with the Ansay EB Team to conduct current and prospective client presentations, both in-person or via GoToMeeting
Conduct monthly webinar demonstrations of EnrollPro to current and prospective clients
Work with the Workflow Committee to establish best practices, workflows, processes, timelines, and procedures for implementation and administration of EnrollPro
Ability to proactively identify potential enrollment problems and take corrective actions within the benefit administrations system as needed
Manage relationships with the Ansay EB Team, clients, and third-party vendors
Participate together with the EB team in conducting client meetings to ensure enrollment clarity and expectations, as well as overall satisfaction
Ensure strict compliance with related federal and state laws & guidelines
Lead annual open enrollment activities, including but not limited to project management, system testing/set-up, open enrollment meetings, validation of benefit data and elections, and customer acceptance.
Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Strong knowledge of health & welfare benefit plans
Thorough understanding of overall Benefit Administration activities, processes, and timelines
Commitment to excellence, high standards, and acute attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with peers and external third parties
Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presenting and listening
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with Benefit Administration Software is preferred
Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions in the best interests of the client
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
2+ years’ experience in Account Management or Client Success
Strong background in employee benefits, with knowledge of all benefits lines
Part-time opportunity (5-10 hours a week). Travel may be involved, serving the Ansay EB Team with prospects and clients on a regional or agency-wide basis.
Preference given to existing Ansay employees – position would be in conjunction with current role.
