Vicki Schultz

About Vicki

Vicki Schultz is the dedicated Branch Manager at Bautch Insurance, A Division of Ansay & Associates, in Alma, WI.  With thirty-five years of experience in the insurance industry, Vicki manages the office, which includes working closely with current and new clients. 

Vicki holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which adds to her knowledge, as well as her commitment to professional excellence.  She graduated from CVTC in Eau Claire, WI in 1979, with a degree in Marketing/Fashion Merchandising, which laid a solid foundation for her long and successful career.  Prior to the insurance business, she held several sales and management positions in California and Wisconsin.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Vicki enjoys supporting local businesses, attending local events, as well as attending school activities.  Vicki spends her spare time, in the spring, summer and fall, flower gardening at her home.  She also enjoys spending time with her family, as well as following the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers.
