  1. What does the American Dream mean to you?
The American Dream is opportunity. Freedom provides every citizen of this wonderful nation to have success and prosperity if they work hard and are passionate in the pursuit of their dreams.
  2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
The Ansay Way at its core is helping others....finding ways to help others and be a valued resource on a daily basis.  Whether it's a client, prospect, or fellow employee, if you make a practice of helping others, you understand what it means to do things the Ansay Way!
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
I believe Ansay & Associates differentiates itself in the marketplace by following the ANSAY WAY.  Ansay & Associates outworks the marketplace and continues to look for ways to enhance the value proposition we provide for our clients and prospective clients.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
I saw an owner that had a real passion for helping people and a vision to make Ansay & Associates one of the premier agencies in Wisconsin.  Who wouldn't be drawn to a person and organization with passion and vision?  It makes for an exciting place to work.
  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
It is an exciting place to work because there is definitely a culture of love, serving, and helping others.  People at Ansay & Associates are very passionate about the insurance industry and serving our clients.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
My approach to working with clients is to find ways to help them become the best insurance risk they can possibly become. For every client it is different, but that is one of the amazing benefits of this industry.  My goal is to have insurance carriers fighting to write their business vs. me fighting to find an insurance carrier to write their business.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
One of my favorite client stories was earning the business at HyPro, Inc.
This was an example of persistence as it took me to develop a relationship with them over a 7 year period before I was finally able to earn their business.  When I originally wrote the account, HyPro had about 150 employees and paid $200,000 in premium and now after 18 years of handling their account, they have grown to over 1,000 employees and pay over $1,000,000 in annual premiums.
The most satisfying part of working with HyPro has been helping them turn their Workers Compensation program around.  HyPro's experience mod was 1.65 when we started working with them and with hard work, we were able to help them cut their experience mod in half and now they are consistently in the .80 range.
This is saving them Hundreds of Thousands of dollars a year on their insurance program.
  8. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
Manufacturing, Metal Working, Contracting, and Wisconsin Public School Districts
  9. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My passion for helping people.  My enjoyment with meeting new people and learning about their story and how Ansay & Associates may be able to help them protect their version of the American Dream.
  10. What would your clients say about you?
Tim is a hard-working insurance professional that is always looking for new ways to help our business!
  11. Do you have a favorite inspirational quote?
True happiness is achieved by helping others....who have you helped today?
