1. What does the American Dream mean to you
   Being able to provide and share experiences with my wife, daughter and friends.
2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
   Opportunity, along with hard work can lead to success. Teamwork, when individuals come together to work towards one common goal. At the end of the day when you look around you see you are surrounded by a great team.
3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
   Technology plays a big part, at Ansay we can provide our clients with additional services like RiskPro, Safety Consulting, Ansay Express, Mod Master, Nichepro and Medpro.
4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
   We share the same values and vision, which include doing what is right and putting the client first.
5. Give us a view of the company - what is it like working at Ansay?
   The insurance industry constantly changing, working at Ansay we are provided the necessary resources and tools needed to stay current in the marketplace.
6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
   Involved, I enjoy meeting with clients face to face /in person when reviewing policies and coverages. These meetings allow me to develop personal relationships.
7. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
   I don’t specialize in one specific market as I don’t want to limit my opportunities and growth, I like to meet new people and learn about their businesses and how they operate.
8. What gets you out of bed in the morning
   Opportunity, meeting new people and experiencing new challenges.
9. Do you have a favorite inspirational quote?
   You’ll always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
