  1. What does the American Dream mean to you?
    To me, the American Dream means that you have an amazing family, you have a job that you enjoy going to every day and that you are doing your part to help people.
  2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
    The Ansay Way is listening to your clients and helping them with the right insurance products to meet THEIR needs.
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
    Ansay has a different approach to their clients. We put their needs first and we don't try to just sell them insurance - we become their partner. We help them determine the best insurance package to meet their current needs and continue to work with them as their needs change.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
    I joined Ansay following a merger, and it was clear to me Ansay shared the same values - it's really a very natural fit.
  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
    Everyone really helps each other - we are all a team. We are co-workers; we all work together.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    My approach is really simple. I love working with people and I take the time to get to know my clients. I ask questions so I can give them options to offer them the best insurance protection to meet their individual needs.
  7. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    My focus is on personal insurance and life insurance.
  8. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    Coffee!! And knowing that i have a job that I love and great people to work with.
  9. What would your clients say about you?
    My clients say that I am honest and tell it like it is - which they appreciate! They know that when they ask me a question I'm going to give them an honest answer that I go above and beyond to help - that's how I become their trusted advisor.
