    Every day is like being at an adventurous amusement park with family. Twists and turns, questions and answers, challenges and solutions, debates, and agreements.

    A personal touch approach including listening, guiding, earning trust and respect through product knowledge and exceeding their expectations.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
    A few times a year I meet with sisters who have very strong German accents. As I answer questions and go through their documents they tend to get very frustrated at each other so I get to listen to them bicker in German, I laugh and then they laugh because they realize I can't understand them.     Preparing a Personal Insurance package tailored to meet the needs of clients by listening and identifying their exposures.
  9. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    My passion and motivation to help clients protect their assets. Believing that what I do matters and knowing someone can walk away knowing I care.

    I am easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, determined and I laugh a lot.
