  1. What does the American Dream mean to you?
    It means that in our country hard work and dedication can lead to economic success, despite circumstances or situation in life.
  2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
    The Ansay Way means a way of doing business with integrity, professionalism, and respect, and with a consistent focus on customer service.
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
    Ansay provides risk management and sales services that aim to make the client experience a positive one. Ansay service teams display a real sense of urgency and initiative when it comes to addressing client needs and concerns.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
    When I first visited Ansay for interviews, I was impressed with the friendly culture of the Port Washington office and A continued theme of teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect that came through in the interview discussions.
  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
    I have thus far found Ansay to be a comfortable yet dynamic small business work environment in which co-workers have exhibited a sincere willingness to work with one another and help each other be excellent in what they do.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    You need to first listen to clients and understand their risk management needs and the unique feature of their lives or business. Then you can work with them on providing insurance services that are meaningful to them and help protect their wellbeing.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
    When I was a newer claim adjuster, I had a claim with a Sheboygan elderly couple who had an accident the day before they were ready to head south for the winter. I expedited their claim and when I brought the settlement check to their home, they gave me a basket of homemade jams that they were making to bring south to friends and family. I used this experience in later training of new Claim Reps to impress upon them the feeling of satisfaction that comes from doing their jobs with a sense of urgency and focus on customer needs.
  8. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    P&C Claims - focus in areas of training and development, commercial general liability, contractors, and litigation management.
  9. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    The desire to use my experience and skills in a manner that contributes to Ansay team success and organization profitability and growth.
  10. What would your clients say about you?
    I think they say that they could trust me to understand their business needs, empathize, and follow through on my claims advocacy responsibilities.
  11. Do you have a favorite inspirational quote?
    Success does not find you, you have to go out and earn it.
