Dodgeville, WI – Esch Insurance Agency, a full‑service independent insurance agency serving southwest Wisconsin, has entered into a strategic partnership with Ansay & Associates, LLC, one of the nation’s largest family‑owned independent insurance agencies. The partnership expands Ansay & Associates’ footprint in Wisconsin while maintaining the local, relationship‑focused service Esch clients have relied on for decades.

Founded in 1959 by Joseph W. Esch, Esch Insurance Agency has built a strong reputation for community involvement and trusted client service. The agency grew under the leadership of Larry Myers and Terry Fischer, who joined in 1977 and 1994, respectively, bringing expanded expertise and service offerings. Sandy (Esch) Fischer became a partner in 2007. Today, Terry and Sandy Fischer lead the agency, continuing its tradition of personalized insurance solutions for individuals, families, businesses, and farms across southwest Wisconsin.

Ansay & Associates, founded in 1946 and headquartered in Wisconsin, serves clients across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Upper Michigan, Illinois, and Florida.
