To our Clients and Friends:

We want to take this opportunity to address how Ansay & Associates is responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency, which the World Health Organization now qualifies as a global pandemic.

The safety of our team, our clients and their friends, family, and communities is of paramount importance. We are monitoring the situation by the hour and will follow the recommendations from all world, national, and state health organizations.

We have enacted a plan that guarantees limited disruption of client services. You can expect Ansay & Associates to continue to be responsive to all your organization’s needs. Should the situation change and we are required to alter regular business hours and operations, you will be notified immediately. We do have the technology in place for our employees to work remotely, if needed, to continue to provide service and respond to your business needs. We have advised our team members to work virtually and remotely should they show any signs or symptoms.

We ask that everyone continue to monitor the situation and continue to follow World Health Organization and CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines. Washing your hands frequently, for at least 20 seconds each time, remains the best way to dramatically decrease communicable diseases, such as the coronavirus. Ansay & Associates is encouraging an open line of communication between team members and clients to assess their comfort level with on-site visits and determine what is best for all involved.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and communicate updates as quickly as possible.

Best,

Mike Ansay

Ansay & Associates Chairman and CEO
