Ansay & Associates announces Acquisition of A.G.I.S. Insurance Center
BROOKFIELD, WI – Ansay & Associates, one of the fastest-growing independent insurance and benefits solutions agencies in the state, continues to expand in 2020. Ansay announced the acquisition of Brookfield-based A.G.I.S. Insurance Center, effective immediately. The strategic move provides an even greater depth of coverage for Ansay clients by incorporating the personal & commercial lines offerings of A.G.I.S. to its lineup.
“Even with the great challenges presented by the pandemic, we’ve maintained a growth mindset,” said Ansay & Associates CEO Mike Ansay. “As an essential business, it’s our job to continue to serve customers by providing uniquely tailored coverage that fits their needs and provides peace of mind during these trying times. This acquisition helps us achieve that goal.”
A.G.I.S., which has served Wisconsin residents since 1979, has a network of experienced agents who provide home and auto insurance, SR-22 filings, umbrella and commercial lines insurance. As an independent agent, A.G.I.S. negotiates with insurance companies to find the best value for their clients.
Agents from A.G.I.S. will be overseen by Ansay & Associates Executive Vice President Heidi Nienow.
“We have a unique approach to insurance -- ‘The Ansay Way’ -- which means covering you for any risk that comes your way. That’s never been more important than right now,” Nienow said. “What’s exciting about incorporating A.G.I.S. into our agency is that they operate in a similar fashion – customer first. We’re thrilled their Brookfield location allows us to continue to expand in the state and treat even more customers ‘The Ansay Way.’”
Ansay & Associates serves over 5,000 Wisconsin businesses and 20,000 individual customers, ranking #49 on the Insurance Journal’s 2019 Top 100 P/C Agencies list. It was also named one of 2020’s “Best and Brightest Workplaces” by the National Association for Business Resources, earning a “Best of the Best” designation for medium-sized companies.
