After years of collaboration, Marquette University launched its Insurance Leadership Program in the fall of 2025. The program prepares students to enter a rapidly evolving industry through a combination of academic coursework, executive mentorship, and real-world experience. Serving on the program’s advisory board, Mike helps steer its direction to meet industry demands. Beyond board membership, he is also helping fund the program’s new fraternity chapter.
