Internship Program Interview 2025

This summer, we welcomed Jacob as part of our 2025 intern program—and he quickly made an impact, finishing second in ticket sales while gaining valuable professional experience.

Jacob shared that the biggest lesson he learned during his internship was integrity—emphasizing the importance of asking questions when unsure instead of guessing. Along the way, he also sharpened his communication skills, learning how to connect with industry professionals and clients with confidence.

When asked what advice he’d give to future interns, Jacob encouraged them to “be ready for anything.” He recalled helping out in unexpected ways, including assisting at a cemetery through the Grave Diggers program, where interns restored a historical gravestone—an experience that combined teamwork, service, and community pride.

Reflecting on his time with Ansay & Associates, Jacob described the company culture as welcoming and family-like, with colleagues who were consistently respectful, helpful, and supportive.

As the summer wrapped up, Jacob expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the program, noting that it was both a fun and meaningful experience.
