PORT WASHINGTON, WI — Ansay & Associates is proud to celebrate the Ansay family for being honored with Port Washington’s 2025 Philanthropic Organization Key to the City Award.

This distinguished recognition highlights the Ansay family’s longstanding dedication to service, community building, and giving back — values that have guided the family and their businesses for nearly 80 years.

Founded by Adolph Ansay, a hardworking farmer and visionary, the family’s philosophy has always centered on one principle: “You have to give to get.” That belief has shaped generations of Ansay leadership, inspiring Ansay & Associates, Ansay Development Corporation, and Ansay International to invest in the communities they call home.

As Mike Ansay, Chairman and CEO of Ansay & Associates, explains, “It’s all about your community. Who do you help? How do you help your people?

Led by the next generation of the Ansay family, Ansay Development Corporation carries forward the family’s mission by developing projects that strengthen and connect communities across Ozaukee County.

From the revitalization of downtown Port Washington with Harbor Square to the sustainable neighborhood design of Matthaeus Farms, ADC demonstrates a commitment to people-centered, sustainable development. Through thoughtful design and community partnerships, ADC continues to honor the family’s legacy of giving back.

Extending that same spirit, Ansay International, LLC helps small, family-owned foreign companies expand into the U.S. market by importing and selling their products stateside. The company imports beers, ciders, and wines from Luxembourg, strengthening cultural and economic ties.

At Ansay & Associates, we’re inspired every day by the values that began with Adolph Ansay. We join our colleagues, neighbors, and friends in congratulating the Ansay family on this well-deserved honor.
