Tim Rusch is a Senior Executive Vice President. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and also lends his expertise to the Senior Executive Committee at Ansay & Associates.

Tim also volunteers his time to coach young employees and help them elevate themselves professionally. He has 42 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before Ansay & Associates, Tim was the Owner and President of Babbitt-Sholund Insurance.

In his leisure time, the Fox Valley native enjoys the outdoors and following all the Wisconsin sports teams.
