Rachel Neva is Vice President of Operations at Ansay & Associates, with more than 12 years of experience leading strategy, marketing, and business development in the insurance industry. She has been instrumental in driving agency growth, spearheading digital transformation, and aligning operations and sales to meet evolving client and market demands.
Previously, Rachel served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, where she introduced new customer experience standards, implemented automation tools to close workflow gaps, and created niche market programs to generate new revenue streams. She also supported the agency’s M&A committee, overseeing integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions for acquired companies. Earlier in her career, as Director of Brand Marketing and Business Development, she led brand awareness initiatives, designed sales development programs, and expanded career training and internship opportunities.
Rachel began her career in marketing and client services as an Account Executive at BVK. She holds a B.A. in Advertising from Marquette University and a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, along with Wisconsin insurance licenses in Health, Property, and Casualty.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Alan, and their two boys, Graham and Myles.
