Nikki Kiss brings energy, strategy, and heart to everything she does. As Chief of Staff & Talent, she’s the behind-the-scenes force helping our people thrive and our big ideas come to life. Whether she’s shaping leadership programs or rolling out new culture initiatives, Nikki keeps us moving forward with purpose.

Before joining the agency, Nikki led INSPIRE Sheboygan County, connecting students and businesses to build a stronger local workforce. She also spent years at UW–Green Bay and Lakeshore Technical College helping students find their paths and realize their potential.

A former Division I swimmer and team captain at UW–Green Bay (go Phoenix!), Nikki knows what it takes to lead with grit and grace. She holds a Master’s in Counseling from Lakeland University and a knack for bringing people together. Around here, she’s our go-to for big-picture thinking, meaningful connections, and the occasional motivational pep talk.
