Angela M. Sikowski is the Chief Financial Officer of Ansay & Associates, LLC and President of Anneren Family Holding Co., the parent company overseeing the Ansay family’s insurance and development interests. 

Since joining the firm in 2005, Angela has led financial strategy, enterprise resource planning, and IT infrastructure initiatives that have supported the agency’s growth through both organic expansion and mergers and acquisitions. She has played a pivotal role in more than 25 transactions, contributing to due diligence, valuation modeling, post-acquisition integration, and long-term capital planning.

Angela has also been instrumental in scaling the firm’s back-office operations and implementing financial controls that enhance profitability across multiple business lines, including commercial property and casualty, employee benefits, and personal insurance.

She earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and began her career in corporate finance at The Mark Travel Corporation. In 2021, she was named CFO of the Year by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
