We’ve read the research that diverse and inclusive workplaces result in better, more profitable organizations. We also know that organizations are contemplating how they can promote positive change in today’s society. So how do we ensure our workplace culture supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging? Where do we start and what can we do? There is not one clear path; there are many.

Now is the time to start the conversation and identify steps toward progress on this journey. In this presentation, Lynell Meeth, is going to help us look at the motivations for driving change, understand how diversity outreach is good for our workforce, our business, and our communities, and learn how to start or sustain diversity and inclusion initiatives.
