I treat each and every client as if they are the most important account in my book, because essentially, they are. My belief is that when they need something, it is my responsibility to respond in a quick, accurate, and professional manner. If it is something that takes time, I like to let them know how long, and what we are waiting for. If you talk to my clients, I hope that they know exactly how their insurance works, and what is always going on with their account throughout the process.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
One of our clients dates back 35 years, to the days of one store and one delivery truck.  My dad wrote the account because a different agent didn’t show up for an appointment.  The business was sold to his sons and I still have the account today.
  8. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
I do not focus on anything specific in the commercial insurance industry yet. I like to be a generalist and learn as much as I can about each and every company out there, so that I can expand my education in the marketplace.

Gerald Ford (this is actually the background on my phone so I see it every day) “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.”
