  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
I enjoy meeting with business owners to find out why they started the company that they did and what drives them to make their company and communities better.  Ansay & Associates pays me to do this and I love it.
  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
I have never worked for a company that seems to truly care about me as an individual and an employee.  It is hard to find a company that "walks the walk and talks the talk."
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
I am the type of agent that works to educate the insured about the "insurance buying process" to gain their trust.  With this in mind, I talk to my insured's and prospect's with their interest and needs at the forefront of my mind.  Whether they want it or not, I am going to give them the simplest and easiest way to handle their insurance program.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
I had the opportunity to meet with a prospect that told me they were going to have five agents help "shop their insurance  this year."  I was able to meet with the insured first and explained why that would not be in the best interest of her time. I proceeded to explain exactly what was going to happen when she met with the other four agents because I knew how most inefficient agents tried to earn business.   I asked the insured if what I said did indeed happen after she met the other agents, would she trust me to be the only agent to represent her during the buying process.  Long story short, I was the only one to represent her and she is currently one of my happiest customers.  There is a smart way to buy insurance and a not so smart way.  I educate and help my prospects do it the Smart way/ Ansay Way.
