When building personal relationships with clients, it makes a difference when we listen to their dreams and goals and identify ways we can help them get there.
Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
Privately held, independently run successful organization. Knowing Mike Ansay is heavily involved in the success of this company and that he takes the time to know each of us.
Give us a view into the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
We are allowed to make mistakes and have fun. We are encouraged to give back to the community by volunteering time. All ideas are welcomed and if we want something, just ask. Nothing is off limits within reason when you are truly passionate about it.
Describe your approach to working with your clients.
I go in looking to build a relationship, not to sell anything.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
The health renewal was higher than what they could get with an association program. They opted to stay with us because of the relationship the account manager and I have developed with them over the past 6 years.
Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
Large group employers with 51+ employees. Both self-funded and fully insured.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
The chance to help someone and sell one more thing.

I'm determined, proactive, and I can think outside the box. I provide timely updates related to healthcare reform and benefits.
