Tracey Walters started her insurance career journey in 2019, marking the beginning of her professional endeavors in the industry. That same year, she found her professional home at Ansay, where she has since served diligently as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, Tracey takes pride in her responsibilities of servicing customers, adeptly handling remarkets, new business, and policy changes, all while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Outside of the office, Tracey finds joy in nurturing her green thumb through gardening, finds relaxation and creativity in crocheting, and cherishes the moments spent with her beloved grandchildren.
