  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
    Challenging, there is always something new being developed and instituted. It keeps you moving forward; teaching you new technology and different ways to approach the issues an agent has to deal with. You need the ability to grow and adapt.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    Service, providing solutions to issues the customer develops in the course of their business.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
    I had been pursuing a niche market account for several years when I was granted an opportunity to provide a comparison of coverages. I presented the comparison to the VP who was the daughter of the President of the company.  She told me that my quote was great and if she could change she would. She then explained that the current agent was one of her father's best friends. I told her that I appreciated her thoughts but I believed that her father would make the change to me because of the superior coverage and price. I was called the next day and asked to meet with the President of the company, he asked me if my quote was for real. They have been my client since.
  8. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    Transportation, trucking, busing, manufacturing, and construction.
  9. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    The want to take care of my family and to provide them opportunities.
  10. What would your clients say about you?
    That I work for what's best for them.
