  1. What does the American Dream mean to you?
    The American dream is the ability to become the person that I want to be personal, professional, and spiritually.

    It embraces the fact that every customer is equally important, being there when we are needed, and as such that we will serve each with dignity, understanding, and respect while serving each individual customer’s needs.
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
    Ansay has knowledgeable professionals working together along with embracing the latest industry tools and innovations to better serve our customers definitely differentiates us from our competition.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
    I was drawn because of the core goals that the company is founded on.
  5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
    Collaborating and working within a team environment with people that bring diverse views and approaches to reach a common goal to serve our customers.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    Anytime that I can help a client to get what they need, no matter how small, is a success.
  7. What is one of your favorite client stories?
    Favorite client stories revolve around having a true claim situation arise and having the proper coverage in place to help the business stay in business and move forward.
  8. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    I have over ten years of workers' compensation experience with servicing large nationally known companies to small-town local businesses including manufacturing, foundries, trucking, and beyond. I don’t believe that any market is too large or too small and embrace the challenge of securing any business or industry.
  9. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    My family and my faith.
  10. What would your clients say about you?
    I am responsive and knowledgeable. I listen to them and take the time to address their needs. That their success is my priority.
