    Being able to work hard and receive the benefits of your work.

    If you are looking out for your clients, you will see the benefits.
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
    I am still leaning about Ansay, but Ansay has more options available for clients compared to most independent agencies.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
    Great benefits and a work/life balance.
  5. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    I am very personable. I like to get to know who they are, what they are looking to get out of a policy, and make sure that they are happy with their decision.
  6. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    Individual Marketplace plans, Short Term Medical plans, and Medicare policies.
  7. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    My dogs get me up, but making sure my family and clients are taken care of is my top priority.
