Position Title: Employee Benefits Sales
Location: Wisconsin
Position Purpose: To generate new business sales, maintain and build upon renewal relationships, and provide proactive service and account management to clients.
Essential Functions:
Job Requirements: Must have a positive “can-do” attitude, possess a passion for insurance, and be a self-starter who regularly demonstrates initiative. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Related experience includes previous sales experience preferably in the insurance industry. Health and Life licenses are desired. Other requirements include effective oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
