Key benefits role to assist the Ansay Employee Benefits (EB) Team and customers with the Ansay EnrollPro benefit administration system, including group set-up and ongoing administration, education and training on usage and enrollment, verification of employee benefit elections, and client troubleshooting when needed.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert user of the Benefit Administration tool, Ansay EnrollPro

  • Key individual and “first line of defense” for the Ansay EB Team and clients, working to timely resolve questions and issues

  • Coordinate with the Ansay EB Team to conduct current and prospective client presentations, both in-person or via GoToMeeting

  • Conduct monthly webinar demonstrations of EnrollPro to current and prospective clients

  • Work with the Workflow Committee to establish best practices, workflows, processes, timelines, and procedures for implementation and administration of EnrollPro

  • Ability to proactively identify potential enrollment problems and take corrective actions within the benefit administrations system as needed

  • Manage relationships with the Ansay EB Team, clients, and third-party vendors

  • Participate together with the EB team in conducting client meetings to ensure enrollment clarity and expectations, as well as overall satisfaction

  • Ensure strict compliance with related federal and state laws & guidelines

  • Lead annual open enrollment activities, including but not limited to project management, system testing/set-up, open enrollment meetings, validation of benefit data and elections, and customer acceptance.

Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Strong knowledge of health & welfare benefit plans

  • Thorough understanding of overall Benefit Administration activities, processes, and timelines

  • Commitment to excellence, high standards, and acute attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with peers and external third parties

  • Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presenting and listening

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience with Benefit Administration Software is preferred

  • Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions in the best interests of the client

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training

  • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management or Client Success

  • Strong background in employee benefits, with knowledge of all benefits lines

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Part-time opportunity (5-10 hours a week). Travel may be involved, serving the Ansay EB Team with prospects and clients on a regional or agency-wide basis.

  • Preference given to existing Ansay employees – position would be in conjunction with current role.
