  1. What does the American dream mean to you?
    The American dream to me means going out and working hard for what you want in life. This country provides amazing opportunity, you just have to go out and capture it.
  2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
    The Ansay Way to me means treating clients with respect, dignity, and putting their needs first.
  3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace
    Ansay is different than its competitors in the partnerships we make with our carriers and the relationships we make with our clients.
  4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
    I was drawn to work at Ansay because of it's independent structure. Being able to sell numerous companies ensures that I can do what's in my clients best interest.
  5. Give us a view of the company - what is it like working at Ansay?
    Working at Ansay has been a very rewarding experience for me. There are so many great people that work here and being able to interact and learn from them has been a blessing.
  6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
    I take an individualized approach to working with each client. No two people or situations are ever the same, so we don't put them in a "cookie cutter" plan.
  7. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
    I have a good amount of industry experience in life insurance. Along with that I work on personal lines (Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
  8. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
    What gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing that no two days are ever going to be the same. I like taking on the daily challenges and experiences as they help me grow.

    "An overnight success is 10 years in the making"
