1. What does the American dream mean to you?
   It means that we can enjoy our land and build a family while being able to balance work and life.
2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
   The Ansay way means so much to me because it is relationship driven and shows the importance of every client and making sure that we do everything possible to help them in every way that we are able to do so.
3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
   I think that Ansay is different because it is so relationship driven and it provides constant help to all clients with a personal touch.
4. Give us a view of the company - what is it like working at Ansay?
   The company is great with the employees and always helps to find a way to make sure that you succeed. They have reasonable and obtainable goals to help you succeed and not to fail, along with a large amount of resources.
5. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
   It is a stable company with values that align with me and what I strive to have in a career.
6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
   My approach to working with my clients is to build a trusting relationship and make sure that I am covering all of their needs.
7. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
   No.
8. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
   My drive to make each day better than the next.
