For the second year, the Journal Sentinel worked with WorkplaceDynamics, a suburban Philadelphia company that surveys companies and analyzes the data, to determine the area's top workplaces.This process began last fall, when we asked area companies to participate. WorkplaceDynamics sent solicitations to area companies, urging them to participate in the survey process. The Journal Sentinel also ran articles and advertisements, in print and online, urging companies to participate.Anyone was able to nominate a company for consideration. The only requirement: The workplace must have a minimum of 50 employees in southeast Wisconsin. Organizations may be public, private, government or nonprofit. Click here to read more.
