Ansay & Associates, LLC wins the 2011 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces Award

At Ansay & Associates, LLC we strive to continuously to raise the bar.  We do this both for our clients and for our employees.  When we found out that we won the Top Workplaces award, we were pleased to once again, exceed our own expectations.

Ansay & Associates, LLC wins to 2011 Fastest Growing Companies Award from The Milwaukee Business Journal

The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee today honored Ansay & Associates, LLC along with 20 area firms that were able to accomplish what many have not in recent years, grow.

The criteria for winning the award is that the company had to have an annual revenue of between $5 million to $500 million and a proven track record of aggressive growth over the past three years.   The actual awardees were determined by and independent accounting firm – Schenck, SC, who came in and reviewed the potential companies books and records for verification.  Those with the highest percentages of growth over that time period were designated as the recipients.

Even in this economy, there are companies throughout Wisconsin that are growing and thriving and Ansay & Associates is proud to be one of them.

What is Customer Service?  Is Customer Service meeting the expectations of a client? Is it simply processing the requests of your clients?  The words “Customer Service” can mean a lot of different things to everyone individually.   Sadly, we live in a time where you are more likely to speak with an automated phone system, compared to a live person when calling companies.  At times, it may feel like you are calling 1-800-Goodluck!  Where has the personal touch of an actual person answering the phone gone?   

At Ansay & Associates we pride ourselves at offering Extraordinary Customer Service!  We believe that from our largest client to our smallest, they should all feel like the most important client.  We realize that the success of our organization depends on extraordinary customer service.  We have set Service Standards in place for all of our clients, to insure they are getting the service they deserve.  Ansay & Associates LLC prides itself on having the most knowledgeable, courteous and competent Customer Service Representatives in the insurance industry.   

We have created an “Extraordinary Customer Service” program at our company to celebrate individuals who go above & beyond servicing our clients. It’s called the Ansay WOWSTERS Program.  When we receive feedback from our clients about an employee exceeding the expectations of the client we recognize the outstanding service provided.  At our monthly company meeting we identify they individuals who provided extraordinary customer service and talk about the great service they provided.  Each quarter, we randomly draw a name of the individuals who have been recognized and they receive a reward for their outstanding service. 

Ansay & Associates, LLC realizes that our clients are the lifeblood of our organization.  Every day we strive to improve the way we service our clients through hard work, innovation and an “I Can Do” attitude!
